What is included in my stay?

Everything you would need to use on holiday, all bedding, towels including pool towels, a full kitchen. A BBQ is not included but can he hired from our Management Company. The villa is self catering therefore you will need to buy any laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, food bags for sandwiches etc and your food.

We have a travel cot, high chair, 2 strollers, high back boosters, and a microwave steriliser.

Bring your login details for any online streaming services and you can connect to the Smart TVs   

We do supply cleaning products etc and just request you replace anything you use the last of.

How far is the amenity centre from the villa?

5- 7 Min walk or there is parking available. 

Which airport is closest?

MCO Orlando is the closest at 29 Miles 31 Minutes. There are tolls so have some change or use a Sun Pass. Sanford airport is also an option at 56 Miles 1 Hour. Tui are now flying to Melbourne airport. Tampa is also a good option.

Do you have a management company close by?

Yes they live in Davenport and are on call 24/7

When should I apply for an ESTA?

Before you pay any money for flights or accommodation. An ESTA lasts for 2 years and all travellers from the UK need one to enter the USA. In some circumstances you may need a VISA instead of a ESTA. To apply for your ESTA please visit the official site. The cost is $21

Do I need to hire a car if staying at the Villa?

Yes, it is possible to just use Uber and taxis. To get the most from your visit to Orlando I would recommend a hire car. There is so much to see and do. Andy@discountfloridacarhire.co.uk comes highly recommended for car hire. It is very easy to drive in America.

Can we have a late checkout?

If we can accommodate a late checkout we always offer one. Unfortunately if we have a guest due the same day it will be unavailable
