  • We just wanted to send a review after the most amazing two week stay in your beautiful villa! I can honestly say we had the most amazing time and can’t thank you enough!

    From the moment we arrived, our group of twelve felt right at home in this stunning Florida villa. Tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, it was the ideal base for our vacation.

    The villa exceeded all expectations — spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had every comfort we could have hoped for. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the open-plan living area gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together as a family.

    The highlight for everyone was the pool! Sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush landscaping, it quickly became the heart of our holiday. Whether we were enjoying a morning swim, sunbathing on the loungers, or sipping drinks on the patio while the kids played, it felt like a luxury retreat.

    The amenities were top-notch: fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, comfy beds, a washer and dryer, and thoughtful extras like beach towels, games, and a welcome basket that made us feel truly appreciated.

    What really made this stay stand out was the outstanding communication and care from Louise. Louise was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Every question was answered promptly, and we felt supported throughout.

    This villa was more than just a place to stay — it was a home away from home. The Taylor/Swanney family made lasting memories here, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Florida escape.

  • In the thousands of rental options, you can stop your search right now — when you choose Solterra Palms, you’ve already found the best property of the bunch! The home is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated — perfect for relaxing after long days at Disney. One day we took a trip to Daytona Beach and the drive from the villa was easy and enjoyable. Honestly, we never needed the resort facilities because the private patio and pool here are amazing. If you’re staying in Solterra Resort, you can’t beat the location, privacy, amazing view, and modern aesthetic of this beautiful property.

    Louise was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay stress-free. It’s clear that the Timmis family truly cares about their property and their guests, making sure everything is comfortable and that you have the most amazing holiday. We would happily return and highly recommend Solterra Palms to anyone looking for a fantastic Florida getaway!

  • We arrived home two weeks ago after a fantastic stay at Solterra Palms. We have stayed in many villas over the past 25 years, some very good, some average and some awful but this villa tops the lot and I would rate as exceptional. Louise has thought of absolutely everything, it's the best equipped we've ever seen. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the beds comfy and the extended pool area amazing, loved the little touches like leaving items in the pantry for use by everyone and the fact you could leave unopened food items for use by the next visitors, we've thrown so much away over the years.The smaller children in the party loved the dressing up rail, you could never be sure who would appear down the stairs! They had so much fun in the pool, making use of all the inflatables (we added one to the collection). Early mornings sat with a coffee looking out for Fluffy (who appears to have company) and watching the crane family walk by, those chick's grow so fast, was a fabulous way to start the day before the little ones broke the peace. I could keep on and on about Solterra Palms but have to stop, it's amazing and we will definitely be back. Thank you Louise and family for allowing us to stay in your amazing second home.   • Solterra Palms is beautifully equipped with everything you need to begin your vacation, whether short or long term. Louise is a gracious host who responds quickly, in spite of the time differential. Her management company is extremely efficient and helpful in her absence. Her pool service company is also efficient and knowledgeable, and their staff friendly, greeting us upon arrival and departure if we are outside. In addition, he works around the pool area almost unnoticed, unless we initiate conversation.
    Louise leaves no stone unturned when it comes to supplying the kitchen with just about any appliance one may need. Her eye for detail is also keen, from decor, amenities, and leaving explicit directions, information on the resort and places of interest, restaurants, and emergency contacts.
    The property itself, is one of the best, most relaxing and well kept properties in the area. (We HAVE seen a few where the owners seem not to care) Although she is running a business, Louise is not in it just for profit. One notices immediately, Louise takes pride in what she offers to her guests, willing to hear suggestions for improvement, yet there is not much improvement needed that we can see, or think of!
    If you choose to vacation at Solterra Palms, you will NOT be disappointed!

  • A Fairytale Stay Fit for a Prince & Princess

    6-bedroom modern pool home- with two lounges, ideal for more than one family to use. A luxury en-suite bedroom downstairs -useful if someone wants to avoid stairs. Handy laundry room. Plenty of bathrooms, modern kitchen with coffee machine and a plethora of large screen TVs everywhere!

    The decor was modern, but with subtle nods to Disney magic, making it feel both elegant and enchanting. The large beds were so comfortable I felt like Sleeping Beauty! There were plenty of storage places and the whole home was spotlessly clean.

    As a parent I really appreciated the thoughtful magical touches throughout like the kids dress up rails, high end game stations, phone charging stations, spare towels, books, board games, pool toys, buggy’s, car seats, high chairs and travel cots.

    The extended south facing pool area was an oasis, with extra comfortable sun loungers, hot tub, outdoor dining and sofas with a large tv, so relaxing after a hard days work chasing Mickey & Friends.

    Perfect location, only 15 miles to Disney. I didn’t want to ever leave ✨

  • We had a wonderful 3 week stay in this gorgeous villa in July 2024. The villa is equipped with everything you need and the pool area is great. There was 8 of us in our party and there was plenty of room. Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

  • We enjoyed everything about this property, an excellent experience all around. The home is lovely, in great condition, no detail has been missed in creating a relaxing vacation retreat.   • When I first saw photos of the villa, I was so impressed and as a result, expectations were set high. I can honestly say that once we arrived and saw the house in person, it beat all of our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and there is so much space! It's obvious that a lot of love has gone into it, and with all the little touches, it really does just feel like home.

    Louise is a great communicator and always very responsive to questions we had before and during our stay. A perfect host!

    I really cannot find a single fault or even slight niggle with the villa or our experience with the rental process. It was simply fabulous!

    Now I just need to find a reason to go back for another holiday there :)

  • We were lucky to book this wonderful home on a short notice getaway from the icy north in early March 2024. This was the second house we have rented in the Orlando area and it exceeded expectations! The pool and spa were fantastic as well as the extended pool area with a great view of nature. It made a good “home base” for our daily excursions to Blue Springs state park and beach trips to both coasts. Add putt putt, great restaurants and a first time escape room adventure (we saved the world- you’re welcome) made a great relaxing trip. Thank you Louise and family for sharing your rental property.

  • We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Solterra Palms. The house is comfy clean and beautiful, but its the pool area that stole my heart. From the inviting extended covered pool deck/patio with lovely views of the conservation area to the private cozy corner nook, we really enjoyed our days out there. The heated spa was wonderful during some of the cooler weather we had during our stay. The house is well equipped, from the kitchen to the laundry room, bedrooms, etc. We just had 4 of us staying at the house, but there is plenty of room for larger families, and set up well for all ages.
    We really didn't want to leave, but knowing we will be back again in a few months made it a little easier.

  • After 3 and half long years we were finally allowed to return to one of our favourite destinations.

    What a gem we found for such a long awaited visit, we spent 3 wonderful weeks at Solterra Palms, an absolutely fabulous setting.
    The house is huge and comfortable, perfect for our group of 7 adults, we all had our own private space and two large areas to gather in and enjoy the facilities.
    The pool area is superb, the conservation outlook was enjoyed every day by all of us, so much to see that we bought binoculars!
    We saw turtles, many birds, jumping fishes and the small alligator. We felt very spoilt watching the TV in the lanai, wonderful with a cold drink.

    The resort is very well maintained, the facilities are very nice and the staff at the gates were so professional and friendly.

    Louise was a joy to deal with, very helpful and prompt in her communications from the very start and throughout our stay. I know how much work this involves being an ex owner myself.

    We had a fantastic return to Florida and a fabulous stay at Solterra Palms, we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

  • We have just returned from a 2 week stay at solterra palms villa.

    We had the most amazing time! The villa was perfect, it was close to the disney parks (about 25min drive) and had plenty of space for our group of 7. The little details just made it extra special ✨️ even down to the egg cups!

    Louise was fantastic with communication, the recommendations we tried were loved by everyone! We also stayed in contact when a tropical storm was forecast, which really helped me feel at ease. We really enjoyed the pool area and open plan of downstairs. My husband and son also made use of the games and xbox when we had some chill time.

    We loved solterra resort and used the communal pool with lazy river and slide during our stay.

    When we return to Orlando in the future there is only one place we want to stay and that's at solterra palms 🌴 😀

  • Louise and family,

    Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Fantastic location, central for east and west coast adventures, close enough to all the attractions but far enough away to have peace and quiet.
    The home is top quality, very well equipped and with 6 adults it was more than spacious enough to spread out. The outside area was fantastic with the pool & seating area, plus a great place to watch the wildlife, sunrise and beautiful sunset.

    The resort was also amazing, safe and very well maintained, it had a quality pool, lazy river and well equipped gym. Also for us it was close to some top quality golf courses which gave us several options for rounds of golf.
    The recommendations from Louise on where to go and places to eat we found very helpful, of the ones we tried we were never disappointed. Locally the shops and nice places to eat were near enough and on the way home from our trips out.

    It will be the first accommodation we look to book when we return to Orlando, simple 10/10 in every way.

  • We are currently staying here for the week & all I can say is WOW!
    It’s absolutely gorgeous, the house, the views, the complex, it’s all just stunning!

    With only 20-25mins drive to all the main attractions, it’s a perfect place to stay!

    Louise has been fantastic in giving us suggestions on things to do to entertain our girls.
    Nothing is to much trouble.

    We hope to return again in the future!

  • I travelled in May with my Mum and Sister for some quality time.

    Having stayed previously in 2018 we knew what a treat we were in for. What we didn’t expect was the huge new deck extension. It was fantastic to have the extra space.

    The set up with sun loungers a dining area and a sofa casual area was perfect.

    We didn’t visit parks just chilled at the villa and used the community lazy river and pool. Walking around the resort everyday was so lovely.

    We like how spacious and light the villa is. I used the work space area and the outside dining table and the WiFi had no issue's.
    Hopefully won’t be 4 years before we return.

  • We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the furnishings were all nice and new! Nice size TVs in every single room which is fantastic if you’ve got a couple of kids. Communication was great, Louise answered any questions I had from start to finish. Although we had bad luck with a cold snap in Florida we still had a great time. We’ve stayed in many VRBO houses in Florida over the years. This was one of my favourites. I like the fact it’s positioned on a corner with a little more space between homes. Most of the homes in these resort areas are stacked 20ft apart from each other and noise can become a factor. This one has the additional space and as a bonus it has wetlands in the back. Sand cranes, otters, alligators etc right out your back door. It’s much nicer than looking directly into someone else’s pool area! I’ve already spoke to Louise and told her we may be back in October! Hopefully we have better weather. VRBO guest.

  • The house was great, very clean and ready on time. The pool and spa were great. My only complaint would be with the neighbourhood itself. The traffic backed up to get into the neighbourhood was pretty bad every time we came back from somewhere as the guards working were the gate were very slow and caused a back up. It was thanksgiving holiday time so maybe that was why. Outside of that this was a great place and I would stay here again. VRBO guest.

  • We booked this beautiful house for a week and loved everything about it. The pool was used everyday and the view from I is awesome. The resort pool was nice but we only went there once as it got a tad crowded. The location is 20-40 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Our host Louise was very responsive, generous and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more! VRBO guest.

  • Wow, Absolutely Stunning! Perfect 10 out of 10!

    This was our family's 1st time booking directly from an owner and let me tell you. The owner was very quick to answer all our family's questions! She was super nice to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

    The property is conveniently located near all the local attractions and comes with access to the gated communities resort facilities with it's own spacious lazy river at no extra cost!

    The property is very beautiful, modern, super spacious and well maintained. We had a total of 12 family members and we never felt cramped, there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone without a problem! The owner has thought about everything that you would need on your stay. From towels and linens to the Roku TVs ready for your family to log into and enjoy your streaming services. Plenty of pots and pans to cook if need be! Not to mention the beautiful outdoor area with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Very spacious pool and a beautiful view of the sunset and conservation!

    You and your family would love it and much as our family did!!!!!

  • Louise is great at responding and coordinating with property manager before we could get to him. James was attentive too, looking at the things we mentioned. House can be called home for your vacation time as its bright, warm and cozy. Beds are so comfortable hard to find at vacation rentals. Swimming pool was so clean, my group enjoyed all day and night whenever we were home. Swimming pool colourful lights gives such a great effect at night. Community and community services are just enough to get break from home pool. Backend of swimming pool has great view of pond where we got to spot an alligator too. Awesome Stay! VRBO guest.

  • Solterra Palms was amazing for our Spring break trip this year. It was our first time staying in a rental house and I have very high expectations on cleanliness and amenities. This house definitely met my expectations!
    The decor and design are modern and stylish, the layout is perfect for a vacation home and the pool was amazing! My girls loved the theming of the pirate room and the Monster’s Inc rooms. Everything was comfortable and clean!
    We went to Universal Studios several days and the pool at Solterra Palms was so relaxing at the end of the day. We also spent a fun day at the community pool which had a slide, separate lazy river and food/drinks available to purchase.
    The memories we made at Solterra Palms will last forever! Game room, movies and pool time galore…. The fun with our daughters that we will cherish forever.
    Louise was so kind, professional and quick to reply to any questions. She is amazing to work with. I highly recommend Solterra Palms and can’t wait to visit again!!!!

  • Amazing house! The house was amazing! Everything was super clean and exactly how the pictures showed. We loved the location of the house backing onto the pond. It came with everything we needed to cook and more! The spa was amazing at night.
    Only one thing I would recommend is blackout curtains over all the bedroom windows. The days we wanted to sleep in the kids were up early. Other than that the house is so perfect!

  • We loved this house. It is a. beautifully decorated. It is definitely the one we would go back to. It’s in a good location. Our family of 13 had a great time. Everything that listed was available. If you wanted to go to the beach, there are no beach chairs but they can be rented at Cocoa Beach. Obviously we had an awesome time. The oven was not working. The top burners worked fine. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

  • We have visited this area many times but this was probably the most relaxing and pleasurable trip!! The house is PERFECT, everything you need right at your fingertips!! Enough room for a large family to have space yet still be together. The pool lights were a hit with the kids and they swam all day and night. The pond out back provided scenery and the sunsets were mesmerizing!! the community area was great as well. Enough space to keep your distance and enjoy ourselves safely. Louise responded to messages quickly and even checked on us during our stay. We will absolutely come back to this home!!

  • We stayed here in November 2019. We were let down by British Airways and needed last minute accommodation for that day. I Contacted Louise and she made a very stressful time for us immediately relaxed and helpful within the same day to arrange for us to pay and move over to her absolutely beautiful property. We arrived after looking at the photos already expecting it to be amazing, but when we arrived it was even better in person. The property is modern, family friendly and just unbelievably stunning! We accidentally left my daughters brand new Disney bag in the villa and only realised when we arrived home. I contacted Louise and the management company had found it and were happy to arrange to send it over to us. Thankfully my parents were going to Florida in the Feb and the management company held onto it so they could collect it from them. Something they didn’t need to do at all but were happy to do. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and going out of your way with the bag also.   • Just got back from this AMAZING VILLA! You will not find better if your looking for modern, spotless, fantastically equipped, simply perfect villa. Easy access from Airport and to parks and shopping. place is huge and great for 2 families or extended family. Sunny pool deck all day long and amazing views and wildlife.   • From opening the front door we were amazed how large and well laid out and equipped it was. it has everything you could wish for and most importantly the most comfortable beds we have slept in.   • We've stayed in many villas in this area and Solterra palms had been just perfection in everyway. the décor is so modern, the beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in on a holiday. The outside area with the lovely views is just so peaceful aftera busy day out. such a good location for the parks. The onsite clubhouse was excellent when we just wanted a lazy day with its lazy river, waterslide and pool side café. we've all shed a few tears today as we leave to go home. we'll definitely be back.

  • We visited with our 2 children age 11 and 14. The villa was perfect for us. Everybody had plenty of space and the bedrooms were beautiful. The highlight was the beautiful view and sunny pool deck. The villa had everything we could have wished for and more. my son would have lived in the games room if he could. Apparently the bathrooms have great lights for selfies. the resort itself is lovely, it has a nice relaxed feel. The waterslide and lazy river were a big hit. Navigating Orlando was very easy as we were so close to the i4.
    Our first visit to Orlando didn't disappoint and neither did the villa. we will be back i'm sure of that.

  • We stayed at this property during our March 19 spring break vacation. The property is just stunning! Located approximately 20 mins away from Disney parks, it is exactly as described and seen on pictures, if not better. There is plenty of room for the kids to play outside. the south facing pool allows for play in the sun all day. We really enjoyed the tranquility of the green space behind the home. The community pool is amazing, its location in relation to the house was perfect for us. The property manager was great. They were easy to reach and able to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We are definitely intending on returning to this location.

  • I stayed over Xmas and new year. The house was amazing everything I could have wished for. The view from the pool deck is stunning and gets the sun all day and has beautiful sunsets. The décor is pure luxury. I had the downstairs master suite. I felt like a queen. the resort is perfectly placed for seeing Orlando. The house is stunning in everyway I can't wait to return.
