Solterra Resort offers residents and their guests a fantastic recreation facility right in the heart of the community. The resort is situated in central Florida's newest and most spacious conservation development. A gated community with 24h guard.

The villa is a 7 minute walk from the community facilities or parking is available.

Resort Fees apply to use the extensive facilities. Currently $35 for your entire stay this is payable direct at the resort only if you wish to use the facilities.

The resort has lots of natural ponds and lakes, these have an abundance of wildlife. You may spot a Alligator or 2 sunbathing on the banks. 

*Please note the resort lazy river and pool area will be temporarily closed for major refurbishments from 8th Sep 26 (Lazy River) 22nd Sep 26 Main Aquatic area. Cafe Sol will remain open for curbside pick up and delivery. 
we understand this is disappointing but the improvements include heating for the lazy river and resurfacing of the river and pool.

All works are due to be completed for mid Dec 26
